10 healthy tips for your diet plan

Many people are getting bored of dieting. People who are on diet have a feeling that they are deprived of something what others have. They become mentally stressed and sometimes have a longing for those foods which are restricted. To have a healthy diet you need not avoid any of your favorite food but reduce the intake considerably.

Include nutrient rich foods: Your body needs 40 different type of nutrients for effective functioning and basically no single food provide you all of those nutrients. Include variety in your diet having dairy products, meat, fish, and other protein rich foods. But always eat less quantity of foods with more calories.

Eat unlimited fruits and vegetables: These items are very good for your health since they enrich your body with lot of vitamins and nutrients. And again you will not feel hungry for at least 5 hours if you take enough fruits between meals.

Be health conscious: Maintain your weight constantly. You know that weight depends on the Body Mass Index value of each individual and it differs with respect to height, sex and age. Over-weight can lead to many complications such as blood pressure and diabetics. Reducing your weight drastically will invite more troubles like osteoporosis, anemia and varied health problems. It is essential to maintain a healthy weight.

Eat less quantity of food: Consuming less quantity of food is good for your health. Eat only when you are hungry and don’t overeat since it is getting wasted. At the same time, increase your intake up to 6 times a day. Taking less quantity of food at regular intervals keeps the body energetic and free from hunger drive.

Do not skip meals: By skipping one meal you are going to eat more food next time. Also you forget all your diet plans when you are very hungry. So do not skip meals.

Reduce the intake of oily and fatty foods: It is not true that you should completely avoid eating your favorite food. You can eat it once in a week calculating the calories but remember to eat smaller portion of fatty items. Also eat lot of fruits and vegetables the day you eat oily and fatty food items.

Change your diet plans: You need not stick on to single diet plan. You can choose or change your healthy diet to include any other favorite item. If you are missing one particular item for one day remember to include that item for the next day.

Know your weakness: Note down all the foods and drinks you consume for one day. Calculate the calories and check your list to adjust where you have added more calories. Reduce butter or creamy sauces when preparing a salad.

Accept changes gradually: Do not hurry for reducing your weight. No diet plans or exercise can reduce the overweight on one night. You have to understand that your body takes time for adjusting to the new changes. So switch over to dieting plans gradually but firmly.
