Say no to fried food

These are the second killers which add excess weight to your body. Use only minimal quantity of oil for frying vegetables or else you can even bake them without any oil. Similarly, sugar is supposed to kill your health slowly. Any sweet or sugar items create temptation in us. If you have crossed 40 and you are over weight then it is right time to say no to sugars. Eating sugar in any form will damage your teeth and gums slowly. Whenever you see any sweet just think you are adding one more pound by eating that piece of sweet.

Walk for health
