Some of you would have taken New Year promise to reduce weight and bought suitable fitness equipment at your home for reducing weight. But all promises will go in air and you start putting on weight again to take oath for the next year to come. Unless you have serious intention of reducing weight and accustom accompanied with regular diet habits, it will be difficult to bring down your weight.

You need to follow a healthy diet to bring down your weight and also for maintaining the correct weight for your age and height.

You exercise daily to burn your fat and calories. Any activity which reduces your fat can be considered as exercise. Sitting and reading or watching television also uses some portion of bodily energy and burns little fat from your body. However, it is not enough to burn the stored up fat or unused calories. Any exercise, for that matter, should begin at early ages. It is necessary that you should educate your children to do some type of exercise at their tender age itself. Also, you should tell them the benefits of having a regular diet pattern for healthy and long life. Suddenly they cannot change their lifestyle. Slowly and steadily you can continue adding some aerobic exercise in their daily routine. You have to plan exercises for them in a funny way so that your children will not feel the pressure of doing exercises. Initially it may be difficult for them to do even small exercise. After some time, you can see huge difference in their body condition and you will find gradually their body becomes more flexible gradually and respond to exercise plan. Along with exercise, you should educate them about the value of nutritious diet and how it changes your life pattern giving you healthy life free from diseases.
