Reduce meat consumption

Walk for reducing weight
Diet alone cannot help you in losing weight. You have to combine the diet with suitable aerobics for getting good results. Go for a walk for at least 30 minutes daily. By walking or jogging, you sweat a lot and lose lot of calories. You burn more calories thereby reducing the fat content from your body. It improves metabolism and activates blood circulation. You will get good sleep if you practice walking regularly. Ideal time for walking is early morning and late evening. If the climate does not allow you go for walk you can do some aerobics inside your home.
